At Hotel COZi, the health and well-being of our guests and employees are of paramount importance. We are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19, following the guidelines and advices from local authorities, and listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our guests and staff.
We have proactively implemented a series of precautionary measures on top of our usually strict hygiene standards, and have been certified by the “Anti-Epidemic Hygiene Measures Certification Scheme” which is launched by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) in partnership with the Hong Kong Tourism Board. We do not accept guest who is under HKSAR Govenment's compulsory quarantine order as the hotel is a non-quarantine hotel. Below is an update on the measures we have in place to ensure a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for all –

Public Spaces
  • Increased sanitisation frequency of frequently touched surfaces at lobby, corridors, lifts, washrooms and restaurants
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers and air purifiers are installed visibly in common areas
  • The operation hours of guest facilities such as Restaurant, Lounge, Fitness Centre, Spa and Business Centre will be adjusted to comply with social distancing regulations. Guests are advised to visit our hotel websites for the latest updates
  • New enhanced sanitising technologies include Aqua Pro+Tech muli-purpose sanitising spray machines are installed at all guest lifts

Guests Arrival
  • Guests will be refrained from staying at the hotel if they:
    (i) Are required to undergo compulsory testing by the compulsory testing notice issued by HKSAR Government; or
    (ii) Have travelled any of the locations outside of Hong Kong in the past 21 days (except those who have engaged in the "Return2hk" or "Come2hk" Travel Scheme); or
    (iii) Have had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
    (iv) Have lived / stayed at the same building with confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
    (v) Are experiencing symptoms of respiratory discomfort
  • Health counter is set up at hotel entrance to conduct non-contact body temperature check for all persons entering the hotel premises
  • All staying guests and visitors are required to register at reception and fill in a Health and Travel Declaration form upon arrival
  • Partitions are installed at check-in counter to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and staff

Guest Rooms
  • All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every check-out
  • Housekeeping staff will be wearing goggles, surgical masks and gloves throughout the cleaning procedure in guestroom
  • Increased sanitisation frequency of vents
  • The number of guests staying in the same guestroom is limited to maximum 4 people

  • Restaurants floor plans arranged to meet government guidelines and social distancing
  • Guest must register through “LeaveHomeSafe” App or provide contact information before entering the restaurant
  • Non-contact body temperature check for all diners upon entering restaurant
  • Hand sanitisers, disinfecting wet wipes and mask storage bags are provided for guests’ use
  • Guests must wear mask at all times in the restaurant (except consuming food or drink)
  • Increased sanitisation frequency of buffet counters and clear covers
  • Dining tables and chairs are sanitised immediately after each meal. The outlet will be deeply sanitised before and after each dining period
  • All tableware, crockery and utensils are cleaned and sterilized with high temperature dish washer
  • We offer guests a gourmet-at-home experience with our takeaway service
  • All restaurant staff will be wearing surgical masks and gloves during services

  • All frontline staff are well-equipped with surgical masks and other necessary personal protective equipment including but not limited to gloves and goggles
  • Frontline staff will be wearing surgical masks at all times during their duties or services
  • All staff must conduct body temperature check whenever they enter hotel and practice social distancing
  • Continuous trainings have been provided to staff so as to ensure service with high hygiene standard will be provided
