At Hotel COZi, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff are always our highest priority. We are monitoring the evolving situation of COVID-19, following the direction of the government and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our guests and staff.
 
Indulge in COZi comfort is a feeling we cultivate for all our guests. We have proactively implemented a series of precautionary measures on top of our usually strict hygiene standards. Below is an update on the measures we have in place to ensure a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for all.



Public Spaces
  • Increased sanitisation frequency of frequently touched surfaces at lobby, corridors, lifts, washrooms and restaurants
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers and air purifiers are installed visibly in common areas
  • The operation hours of guest facilities such as Restaurant, Fitness Centre, Steam Room, Spa, Children Playroom and Outdoor Swimming Pool will be adjusted to comply with social distancing regulations. Guests are advised to visit our hotel websites for the latest updates

Guests Arrival
  • Health counter is set up at hotel entrance to conduct non-contact body temperature check for all persons entering the hotel premises
  • All staying guests are required to fill in a Health and Travel Declaration form upon check-in
  • Guests who have travelled any of the locations outside of Hong Kong within the past 14 days or are experiencing symptoms of respiratory discomfort are refrained from staying at the hotel
  • Partitions are installed at check-in counter to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and staff

Guest Rooms
  • All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every check-out
  • Housekeeping staff will be wearing goggles, surgical masks and gloves throughout the cleaning procedure in guestroom
  • Increased sanitisation frequency of vents

Restaurants
  • Restaurants floor plans arranged to meet government guidelines and social distancing
  • Non-contact body temperature check for all dinners upon entering restaurant
  • Hand sanitizers, disinfecting wet wipes and mask storage bags are provided for guests’ use
  • Guests must wear mask at all times in the restaurant (except consuming food or drink)
  • Increased sanitization frequency of buffet counters and clear covers
  • Dining tables and chairs are sanitized immediately after each meal. The outlet will be deeply sanitized before and after each dining period
  • All tableware, crockery and utensils are cleaned and sterilized with high temperature dish washer
  • We offer guests a gourmet-at-home experience with our takeaway service
  • All restaurant staff will be wearing surgical masks and gloves during services

Staff
  • All frontline staff are well-equipped with surgical masks and other necessary personal protective equipment including but not limited to gloves and goggles
  • Frontline staff will be wearing surgical masks and gloves at all times during their duties or services
  • All staff must conduct body temperature check whenever they enter hotel and practice social distancing
  • Continuous trainings have been provided to staff so as to ensure service with high hygiene standard will be provided
