Precautionary Measures:
We are continuing to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and have proactively implemented a series of precautionary measures on top of our usually strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff. These measures include mandatory temperature check on all guests prior entering hotel premise, restaurant and Children Playroom, each playing session is limited to 1 hour and each session serves up to a maximum of 30 guests, disinfection and sterilization process before and after each play session, increasing cleaning frequencies in all public areas to every hour, installation of Cartel air purification system to reduce harmful bacteria by 99.9% and providing alcohol hand sanitizer dispenser.
